  3. Share the video within 48 hours of delivery via our official email address or customer support number.

Important Notes

  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Once the claim is verified by our team, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
