1. Shipping Charges (Within India)

Prepaid Orders

  • Flat shipping charge of ₹100 per order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Flat shipping charge of ₹200 per order.

Note: All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

At Mishiva Jewels, every product undergoes a quality check and is carefully packed before dispatch.

  • Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via Email and WhatsApp.
  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of confirmation.
  • If you require urgent delivery for a special occasion, please contact our support team. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via Email and WhatsApp.

3. Delivery Timelines (India)

After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 2–15 business days, depending on your location, courier service availability, and local delivery conditions.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by:

  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural calamities
  • Courier partner delays beyond our control

4. Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link and tracking number via Email and WhatsApp. You can use these details to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order.

Mishiva Jewels will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
