- Ensure the damaged or defective product is clearly visible in the video.
- Share the video within 48 hours of delivery via our official email address or customer support number.
Important Notes
- Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Once the claim is verified by our team, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
